EXPERTISE
With a strong background and expertise in delivering within tight time frameworks and to exacting specifications, Savills could be confident that their clients’ needs would be catered for in a professional and efficient way. Whilst on site, Starfish were commended by neighbouring businesses including Lubiju for our professional standards and method of work.

CHALLENGES
The units were partially leased, and we ensured that we accommodated neighbouring businesses requirements such as designated waste disposal times and out of hours operation so as not to disrupt trade.
