The project comprised of the refurbishment of 5 interior spaces within a Category 1 Listed office building.
On behalf of their client, GA Capital, Savills wanted a to bring these offices spaces back up to a high level of interior finish, ready for lease. Works included full strip out including partitions, vinyl and carpets; office fit out including all finishes, electrical certification, data cabling and toilet and shower refurbishment .
With a strong background and expertise in delivering within tight time frameworks and to exacting specifications, Savills could be confident that their clients’ needs would be catered for in a professional and efficient way.
Whilst on site, Starfish were commended by neighbouring businesses including Lubiju for our professional standards and method of work.
The units were partially leased, and we ensured that we accommodated neighbouring businesses requirements such as designated waste disposal times and out of hours operation so as not to disrupt trade.
As a Category A Listed Building, all internal features were sympathetically treated to maintain their value.
