Here at Starfish Construction we firmly believe that our company's full potential can only be achieved and realised through fulfilling the true potential of our people and our team.
We believe that support and training are the key elements in the wellbeing and development of all our employees. From a comprehensive induction course, through on-going training and further analysis and appraisals we ensure that all our employees fully understand and are comfortable with their roles and goals and that we all fully realise the important role we play in the Starfish team.
Health and safety is crucial to our industry and we provide the necessary in-depth training to ensure full compliance with the current H&S legislation and industry best practice. This is done by all our site based employees and managers being put through the necessary Construction Skills Certification Scheme course and achieving their CSCS cards.
All members of Starfish Construction - young and old - continue to grow and develop, learning new skills on a regular basis. This is one of the key factors which has seen us go from strength to strength in the recent years and months.
