Our company is a fantastic place to work. With around 30 years of industry experience and a hardworking group we have the right formula for success. We believe it is only right to invest in our people the same way they invest their time and hard work into us, in doing so ensures we are always improving and going forward with the business.
As well as focusing on the now we are determined to look ahead to the future. This is why we put so much emphasis on the young people of today as these are the ones who will carry the mantel for Starfish Construction in the future. We are always on the lookout for young, new and exciting talent which will help us to develop as a company - be it a new apprentice or a new office worker. It is for this reason we are dedicating so much time and effort into our apprenticeship schemes which will see us train our own people from inception resulting in a better team for us and a better service and product for our clients.
