At Starfish we are dedicated to conducting our business in the most efficient way possible. At the same time, we also realise the responsibilities we have as a construction company in the current climate to protect both the environment and our people.
The Environment
Having been involved in a number of major contracts throughout our existence we fully appreciate the impact the construction industry has on the environment in this day and age. This is why we aim to work closely with only the best suppliers to ensure we play our part in using only the best materials. Furthermore, our building methods and processes along the way help to keep our environmental impact to a minimum.
Health and Safety
In addition to realising our responsibility to be a greener company, here at Starfish we also are aware of the huge responsibility we have regarding the Health and Safety aspect of our sites. In order to ensure all aspects are covered we have brought on board a dedicated Health & Safety Manager to supervise all our sites, prepare all relevant health and safety documentation and carry out regular site audits safeguarding our site personnel from the dangers of the modern day construction site.
Furthermore, we only work with the sub-contractors who are in keeping with the same health and safety goals as ourselves. This not only means a smoother relationship for both parties but it also results in both a better run project and a safer environment on each and every one of our sites.
